Joy Newby is a Clinical Research professional with a strong nursing foundation and extensive experience supporting clinical trials across multiple therapeutic areas, including dermatology, CNS, and oncology. She has led and supported site startup, regulatory submissions, CTMS/EDC management, subject coordination, and sponsor/CRO communications for Phase I–IV studies.

With a background in patient care, Joy brings a unique, patient-centered approach to research operations bridging clinical excellence with operational efficiency to ensure high-quality, compliant trials.
