Dr. Luqman Lawal is a physician, global health strategist, and emerging markets leader in clinical research, digital health, and AI-enabled healthcare. He advises ICTS on structuring high-quality, globally relevant clinical programs that expand population representation, generate robust real-world evidence, and reduce trial cost and timelines while aligning with U.S. and international regulatory standards.

 

He has led international expansion initiatives for the Mayo Clinic Platform across multiple regions and is leading research at the University of Oxford on the performance and implementation of clinical artificial intelligence in diverse health systems. Dr. Lawal holds an MBA from MIT Sloan and a Master of Public Health from the University of Minnesota and brings extensive experience building cross-border partnerships that make clinical research more scalable, inclusive, and globally impactful.
